+ What am I allowed to send on a pallet?
You can send pretty much anything, as long as the goods are safely palletised. Our customers send such a large variety of goods including personal belongings, car parts, ambient food products and many more.
Unfortunately we are unable to carry any hazardous goods (which are recognised by their UN classification number and are accompanied by a Dangerous Goods Note). If you do need to send hazardous goods you will need to find a carrier with an ADR licence.

+ How to prepare your goods for shipping.
All items must be placed safely on a standard pallet, either a UK pallet 120cm x 100cm or a EURO pallet 120cm x 80cm. If you are sending multiple items, make sure the heavier items are placed at the bottom with the lighter items on the top to avoid damages.
Smaller items can be secured with just shrink wrap, but larger, heavier items must be strapped down using either ratchet straps or banding.
If your items are fragile, make sure to use adequate packaging to protect them such as bubble wrap, cardboard and pallet caps if necessary.
Attach a nice clear address label to the pallet; which can be hand-written if you don’t have a printer and have your pallet ready on the day you have requested collection.
+ When will my collection/delivery be made?
When placing the order, you can choose which day you would like collection. Our collections are then made Monday-Friday between 9.00am and 5.30pm. If you provide us with a phone number when placing the order, we can ask the driver to try their best to call when they are on their way but we cannot guarantee this.
Depending which service you choose, will affect which day your delivery is made. A standard Premium service is delivered the following working day and our Economy service is 2-3 working days for delivery (delivery times will vary for Ireland, The Islands and some parts of Scotland).
A standard delivery is made anytime Monday-Friday between 9.00am-5.30pm but we do offer Saturday or timed delivery services for a small surcharge.
We can also offer a book-in service free of charge with your delivery. If you provide us with a telephone number when placing the order, once we have received the pallet(s) we will telephone your customer and arrange a delivery day (Monday-Friday) directly with them.
